"The worse!!! They raised the mortgage payment triple and car as well. Called to notify them about changes on my acc. Canceled account and they still charged mortgage ins. 45 days prior to bill due which I called way in advanced so that wouldn’t happened and they reassured me it wouldn’t. They still charged monthly mortgage and Violeta said corporate did that (always do 45 days in advance) called corporate and they stated corporate never does that. They refunded my money under wrong policy names to which I had called years in advance to notify and make the changes that NEVER TOOK PLACE! Horrible service. They take advantage of customers shame on them"
